Example

Some people have difficulty understanding the way I presented it, so here's an example:

Open Meulensteen in the data editor:
det=18 dis=18 mot=18
ddm=18+18+18=54
tac=15
att=18
def=12

Tactics Rating:
15 *2 + 54 = 84 -> 6 star

Attack Rating:
18 *6 + 15 * 3 + 54 *2 = 261 -> 6 star

Defense Rating:
12 * 8 + (15 + 54) * 3 = 303 -> 5 star

crap, i cant find any 7 star coaches. if some1 finds a few please tell

7 star coaches will be pretty rare now.

Thought I'd share some that are in my team:

7 star:
Roberto Bocchino (Aerobic or Strength)

6 star:
Ivan Carminati (Aerobic or Strength)
Massimiliano Favo (Tactics)
Inaki Bergara (Defending)
Tosh Farrell (Shooting)


My others are 5 star, not as hard to find as 6 or 7... I don't think there are 7 star ones for some of them (unless some regens pop up...)

Future coaches such as ex players might be great coaches.

that new formula is too confusing for me, thanks to you guys who have posted their 6 and 7 star coaches

Oleg Luzhnyi (Set-Pieces) --- he's an asst. manager so you either have to get him as that (he seems pretty good for an asst. manager) or offer him a ridiculously high wage as a coach.
